Breakfast was good, staf carried large bags upstairs, room cleaned & fresh towell every day, felt secure-. office staffed 24hrs
The stairs are steep so if you have problems climbing stairs ask for room at lower levels, I didn't and got one on top floor.Couldn't get staff to put a drop of oil on squeeky door hinge, plumbing can be noisy
Ok for short stay, excellent location for empire arena and towncentre and for all subways, good clean hotel, some rooms small but for price can't complain, staff on hand 24 hours and good but simple breakfast in morning.would reccommend to anyone
3 of us stayed in room each and my shower was two taps in the cubicle with a shower head attatched,my friends showers were ok but mine was not
Extremely helpful staff, walking distance to bus and underground.
A bit expensive (110 euros) for what it was offering (small rooms, not so centrally located, average breakfast, old furniture, WiFi not working). But I guess this is how London works... :-)
Ensuite rooms, TV and coffee making facilities in room
I've stayed in better room for the same price
Location is within 5 mins to Shepherd's Bush Tube Central Line Station.
Weak wifi signal in room, dirty room (dust can be seen in the fans and coffee pot), hot water in basin while cold in the shower...
The staff were extremely friendly and treated us with great respect. The room was absolutely lovely, especially for the cheap price we paid. And then to top it off the breakfast in the morning was delicious and the breakfast team were very polite. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back to stay.
As the rooms were quite closely packed I felt like I had to be rather quiet as I could hear next doors tv and conversation very clearly
We stayed at hotel with my family. Stuff was very kind and helpfull. Location of hotel is also really good - half an hour to city centre and you can choose from a lot of buses from Hammersmith station which is 5 minutes by walk or 2 by bus (stop is in front of the hotel).Room was clean and small, but if you need only place for sleeping, it is ok.
What was really poor was choice of food for breakfest. We stayed there for 4 nights and breakfest was the same every morning - cereals, yoghurt and toast with jam or eggs. That was all. We missed some ham, cheese, bred or baguettes.. for adult it was really not enough and we have to ask for another portion of toasts to be not hungry.
The only thing to like was the location.
The staff, the room, cleanliness, bathroom, tea/coffee replenishment. Tea bags were loose and the milk was mouldy.
The hotel was very clean.
The room was small and there was a lot of noise from adjoining rooms when toilets were flushed and showerers were on. Breakfast was very poor we were given a choice of scrambled or fried eggs on toast we chose fried but would have preferred poached or boiled and when they arrived they were like rubber bullits, dont know how this came about because they were cooked to order, what we thought was butter was cheap margarine and the jam was tasteless,we had the jam because we could not eat the eggs.
Silverfish in bathroom Door to room left propped open by cleaners Dirty tissues left in room and behind bed No duvets, just throw over and sheet Breakfast lacking - only cereal or toast offered. No space in room not a nice place to stay really
the owner was very friendly and helpful, it was very clean. but basic.very close to hammersmith station( only ten mins walk) It was a very good price.
the breakfast, where the room was (up five lots of stairs) (but i was told to say next time i wanted a room lower down).the bathroom, and shower water
staff & breakfast
Room cramped, dirty tissues & used plasters in drawers. Cartons of milk for tea/coffee out of date & off. Room at front of hotel next to main road so very noisy making sleep difficult. Bathroom too small. although I got a good deal on the room it was very tatty & it will be worth paying a little more next time just to be comfortable in every way. Just as well we only stayed the one night!
During my research stay at the University of Cambridge I decided also to visit London. I booked a single room for 2 nights at this hotel. What I get was a double bed!, A tidy and clean room and a nice multicultural environment, the location of the hotel is a little bit out of the city of London, but not problematic to reach. The room was for a short stay okay and comfortable, but very small. Alone the bath was smaller than my closet at home. The access to the shower was a about 20 space. The breakfast cannot be jugded by me, because it was to early. - less power socklets, small, no rubish bin + clean, comfortable, nice personal, clean linen, towls All in one, a clean small room, for a short stay okay..but for longer..? I would book it again.
- Less power socklets, small, no rubish bin
The hotel was excellent value for money and included a good full breakfast in the price. It was a convenient location. The room was basic but pleasant, clean, aired, had a double bed and the management was friendly.
The hand basin was blocked, and was missing a plug. The provided tea and coffee was missing a kettle- the kind of things you notice early in the morning! Though I was belatedly offered an alternative room I feel the rooms needed to be checked more thoroughly which would have improved the stay for longer residencies.
The location was very good, as we were attending a concert at the Hammersmith Apollo.
The room was extremely small, the shower was tiny and dirty. There was only 1 sheet on the bed which was torn and had dirty marks on it. I do think that this may have been one of the last rooms sold as it was on the top floor and was more like an attic room. Personally I would not stay here again, only because I enjoy my home comforts too much and this did not have any.
